Crafting with the Nielson's

Craft day with the Nielson's was Saturday and we had a fabulous time! We made these beeautiful eggs! Aren't they fabulous?! Oh my! They turned out so nice! I just love it!
I had to leave before they were finished and so I got lucky, someone decorated mine for me! I believe it was Kim and she did a fabulous job! I am in love with this! Just thought I'd share! :)
Thanks for the good times ladies!

Those are so cool! My grandma used to make those. I'm going to have to get the directions from you. Way cool!

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but are those edible?

That made me laugh out loud Shani!
I guess they could be, they are made of food. :)
The egg part is sugar and egg whites and the frosting is...frosting. :)
The egg is hard as a rock though.
I guess you could lick it....good question. Thanks for the laugh!

I'm so glad you liked it! I wanted to make sure you got a finished one after all the work you did.

Technically, it's edible. I should know:) Julie teased me for eating some of the sugar while we made the shells. But it's not so nice once it all dries and gets hard, kind of like a gingerbread house isn't. Yes, I've tried to eat those, too.
